Greetings from VVS Styling. There are numerous clients that VVS Styling manages on the website. You are given the option to use VVS Styling if you agree to all of the terms, conditions, and notices in this document without alteration (the "Terms"). Your acceptance of all such Terms is implied from your usage of VVS Styling. Please take the time to thoroughly read these terms, and keep a copy of them for your records.

This website's objective is to convey VVS Styling's perspective. Additionally, it will make it possible for people to buy personal styling services.

VVS STYLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Without the VVS Styling specific consent, these terms may not be duplicated or adopted by any other entity, whether under the guise of conducting business on its behalf or otherwise. These are the terms and conditions that govern agreements between VVS STYLING, hereby referred to as the provider of goods and services, and clients who may conduct business with the company through any avenue authorized to do so. On the website, users won't be allowed to register for accounts.

Privacy

The privacy policy of VVS Styling governs how you use the service. Please read our Privacy Policy, which also regulates the Site and lets visitors know how we gather and utilize their personal information.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Requests for product returns and refunds will only be honored if submitted within three days (72 hours) of receiving the goods.

Only returned items that are wrapped in the box or package in which they were received and with their original tags will be accepted.

Requests for product exchanges may be accepted if they are submitted within five days of the delivery date. For the exchange requests to be taken into account and handled, the products must be in their original condition.

Within seven working days after the goods is returned to the vendor, decisions about return and refund requests must be made and shared with the clientele.

If the customer attempts to support their claims by changing the form or condition in which the product was delivered, the business may refuse to accept and process the return and refund requests.

The business retains the right to exchange returned items from customers without cancelling the order. Giving its clients a positive experience while adhering to its contractual duties is VVS STYLING's commitment.

If the business is convinced that a customer's request for a return was made with the goal to mislead the business, the company maintains the right to reject the request. However, the client has the right to request that the business provide a thorough justification for such choices.

To prevent losses due to the logistical and operational demands involved, the company maintains the right to keep a 10% fee for the returned goods.

If VVS Styling believes a client has initiated an unlawful chargeback, which is fraud, the company maintains the right to terminate any account with the client.

Contractual Conditions of the Engagement.

VVS STYLING retains the right to modify these terms at any moment to better suit its business model, guard against potential losses, or serve the interests of its customers. Customers are nevertheless obliged by the conditions under which they sign a contract with the business.

When VVS STYLING physically or electronically gives its clients items, offers services, or other order details, a contract is formed. The client then meets their obligation by paying using the payment methods accepted by the business.

In addition to a 30% service charge, the corporation adds a 2.9% processing fee to every contract (styling fee). The customer may voice their complaints or disputes by sending a thorough message to VVS Styling's official mail (complaints@vvsstyling.com).

The company will not be held responsible for any losses sustained by a party who asserts to have dealt with partners or company representatives who are not listed as legitimate traders acting for or on behalf of VVS STYLING.

Digital Communications

Electronic contacts include emails the company sends and receives. You acknowledge and agree that any legal need that such communications be in writing is satisfied by all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other information that we electronically communicate to you via email and the Site. You also consent to receive email correspondence from us.

VVS Styling does not knowingly solicit personal information from anybody under the age of thirteen, either online or offline. The VVS Styling website cannot be used by anybody under the age of 18 without their parent's or guardian's consent.

International Users

VVS Styling is in charge of organizing, managing, and overseeing the Service. You acknowledge and agree that you won't use the VVS Styling Content you obtained from VVS Styling in any jurisdictions or for any purposes that are against any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

Indemnification

You acknowledge and accept that your use of, or inability to utilize, the Website or services, any public postings you create, and your agreement to do so, may result in damages, costs, obligations, and expenses for you and VVS Styling.

Any breaking of any of the terms of this Agreement, as well as any rights of third parties, as well as any breaking of any relevant laws, rules, or regulations. If a matter is otherwise subject to indemnification by you, VVS Styling reserves the right to take the sole defense and control at its own expense. In this case, you will fully assist VVS Styling in establishing any defenses that may be appropriate.

Restrictions on Access and Abandonment

VVS Styling reserves the right to immediately and without notice terminate your access to all or any portion of the Site and any related services. You expressly agree that all legal proceedings involving or relating in any way to the use of the Site will take place in the court's exclusive jurisdiction and venue. This Agreement is governed by the laws to the fullest extent permitted by law. The use of the Site is banned by any jurisdiction that does not authorize the application of all of these Terms, including this clause without restriction.

You acknowledge and agree that nothing contained in this agreement or your use of the Site will create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or agency between you and VVS Styling. This agreement in no way limits VVS Styling's ability to respond to inquiries from government agencies, courts, or law enforcement regarding your use of the Site or the information VVS Styling utilized to support such use. All applicable laws and judicial processes are subject to this Agreement and VVS Styling's performance hereof.

Among other things, the aforementioned warranty exclusions and liability restrictions will not be declared invalid or unenforceable due to governing law. Instead, a legitimate, enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original provision's intention shall be used, and the balance of the agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

The user and VVS Styling's agreement with the site, unless otherwise specified in this agreement, replaces all former or current conversations and offers, whether electronic, oral, or written, here between the user and VVS Styling regarding the site. To the same degree and subject to the same restrictions as other business records and agreements previously generated and maintained in printed form, the printed copy of this Contract shall be admitted in evidence in any process or action based upon or about this Agreement. This also applies to any notice given in the electronic form. The parties thus expressly request that this Agreement and any related papers be drafted in the English language.

Website Copyright.

The business holds the right to claim ownership over any pictures posted on this website. As a result, unless expressly authorized by VVS STYLING or under the terms of a contract permitting the parties to use the media, third parties are prohibited from utilizing the photos to market their products. Because the information on this website is protected by copyright, no one else is allowed to use it for their own gain or to compete directly with VVS STYLING.

Terms Modification

At any moment, at VVS Styling's sole discretion, the conditions under which the service is supplied may change. The most recent version of the Terms supersedes all older versions. VVS Styling advises you to regularly examine the Terms so that you are aware of any revisions we may have made.

It is expressly forbidden for anybody to change or distribute the content on this website in a way that would risk its existence, interfere with its activities, or misrepresent its brand. Unless specifically specified, information obtained through links posted on this website that direct to third-party sites is not approved by VVS STYLING. When accessing and utilizing information from third-party connections, users must use caution.
